Kristi’s Kids along with Tucson Medical Center, SAFE Kids Pima County, The Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, and the Tucson Police Department are giving away car seats today, Wednesday, January 13th.
During the 4, 5, and 6 p.m. newscasts, people interested can call in for a free car seat. The number to call during News 4 Tucson – KVOA is 855-245-0092. In order to receive a car seat, parents will need to attend a class this Saturday, January 16th. Children are not usually allowed at the classes, so please make child care arrangements.
The car seats include ‘convertible’ for ages newborn to 2, ‘high back’ for ages 2 to 5, and ‘low back boosters’ for over 40 pounds.
